• Consultation with one of our stylists for highlights and/or balayage. In this consultation, stylist will analyze guests hair and perform a test strand to determine what next steps (if any) will be necessary before color. Consultation $50 value will act as a nonrefundable credit towards your future color appointment. Value can be transferred to another service.
  

No Shows & Cancellation

• We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments.

• We kindly ask of you to give us a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged 50% of the full scheduled services price.

• Clients with appointments scheduled on Tuesdays must call the salon before 3 PM the Saturday before or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price scheduled.
